Who am I, Phat Bui?
Ông Phát Bùi đã hoạt động không mệt mỏi với nhiều tổ chức phi lợi nhuận như We Give Thanks, Hội Hồng Thập Tự, Hướng đạo sinh, Thuyền nhân SOS, Trung tâm văn hóa người Mỹ gốc Việt... Ông cũng từng là cố vấn trong Ban cố vấn kinh tế cho ủy viên hội đồng bang Tom Daly địa hạt 69. Bên cạnh việc phục vụ trong Hội đồng thành phố, ông Bùi còn được hàng ngàn người Mỹ gốc Việt bầu làm Chủ tịch Liên đoàn người Mỹ gốc Việt vào năm 2015 và một lần nữa vào tháng 6 năm 2018.

TET PARADE 2020
Event will be broadcasted throughout 50 states and around the world by more than 30 news/media outlets that will be watched by more than three million Vietnamese Americans living in the U.S. and overseas.

The Tet Parade 2019 year of the Pig was the previous Parade that organized by The Vietnamese Federation of Southern California host in the the City of Westminster with was an unprecedented successful event despite raining hard the first half of the Parade.

The Tet Parade 2018 year of the Dog organized by The Vietnamese Federation of Southern California host in the the City of Westminster was a successful event following the success of previous year.
TET PARADE 2017
The Tet Parade 2017 year of the Monkey organized by The Vietnamese Federation of Southern California host in the the City of Westminster was kick of a new standard of successful Tết Parade years after.
